Google Continues to be Awesome
Google, which has enough money to hire anyone it wants, said recently that they specifically refrain from hiring some people because they want to keep enough talented, smart people outside of the company. They believe it is good for the overall ecosystem to have a distribution of smart people all over, instead of siloing them all up in one place.

It’s amazing to me that any publicly traded company is willing to look past the next two quarters and keep an eye on the long term viability of their market and industry.
